As an important part of the 130th Canton Fair, one of the highlights of this Canton Fair is the holding of the first Pearl River International Trade Forum. This is also the first time a national-level international trade forum has been held in the history of the Canton Fair.
The Pearl River International Trade Forum is composed of a main forum and three sub-forums. The opening ceremony on the afternoon of October 14 is not only the opening ceremony of the 130th Canton Fair, but also the main forum of the Pearl River International Trade Forum. About 600 domestic and foreign guests attended offline. The three sub-forums were held at the same time on the afternoon of the 15th. Senior Chinese and foreign government officials, well-known entrepreneurs, experts and scholars conducted in-depth discussions on the topics of the sub-forums and hot issues of international trade. Among them, the High-Level Opening and Trade Innovation Summit Forum focuses on China's high-level opening up and trade innovation in the new development stage, in-depth discussions on new forms and new opportunities for international trade cooperation, building a high-end international trade dialogue platform with global influence, and actively spreading China`s " Persist in the concepts and voices of [high-level opening to the outside world" and [supporting economic globalization" to help China and the world share new opportunities and seek new development together, and promote the early recovery of global economy and trade.
